All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Custom orders require a 50% deposit to begin production. Final payment is due before shipping.
Lead times are estimates and may vary due to material availability or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Natural stone products will have variations in color, veining, and pattern. These variations are inherent characteristics and not considered defects.
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
All shipments are fully insured. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
Installation is the responsibility of the buyer. We provide installation guidelines but are not liable for installation errors or damage during installation.
All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Pricing is confirmed upon order acceptance.
