Important Notice

Due to the handcrafted, custom nature of our marble and stone products, all sales are considered final once production begins. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns and issue refunds in the following situations:

  • 1.Manufacturing Defects — If your product has a structural defect, crack, or flaw that existed before shipping and was not disclosed as a natural stone characteristic.
  • 2.Shipping Damage — If your product arrives broken or damaged during transit. All shipments are fully insured.
  • 3.Wrong Item Delivered — If you receive a product that differs significantly from what you ordered.

How to Request a Return

Within 48 Hours of Delivery

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Late claims may not be eligible.

Provide Photographic Evidence

Send clear photos of the damage or defect, including packaging if applicable.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and approve your return claim, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • For shipping damage claims, we may arrange a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the situation.
  • Shipping costs for returns due to manufacturing defects or our error are covered by Wolf Marble Design.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Natural stone variations — Color, veining, and pattern variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone and are not considered defects.
  • Custom/made-to-order products — Products made to your custom specifications cannot be returned unless they have manufacturing defects.
  • Change of mind — Returns due to change of mind, wrong measurements provided by the buyer, or personal preference are not accepted.
  • Installation damage — Damage that occurs during or after installation is the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided production has not yet started.
  • Once production has begun, a cancellation fee of 50% of the order value may apply to cover material and labor costs.
